Dr. Payel Sinha

We are excited to welcome Payel to the team as our new Project Lead. She brings a strong background in research with a focus on soil-waste management, project management, and environmental markets. One of her biggest achievements is completing her PhD in Agricultural Sciences, a significant milestone she balanced while working in the industry. She has worked closely with farmers across Queensland and internationally, supporting them in navigating the complexities of environmental markets through innovative thinking and practical, research driven solutions. 

Outside work, Payel is passionate about saying active, especially through reformer pilates. She also enjoys exploring new cuisines, reading and spending time with her three much loved fur-babies.
