Bonny Burke

Bonny is an experienced strategic and financial leader with a strong focus on building sustainable, purpose-driven organisations. With a career spanning more than two decades across not-for-profit, government, and commercial sectors, she is passionate about aligning financial stewardship with sustainable practices to create lasting impact for both businesses and communities.

A CPA with an MBA in innovation, Bonny combines strong financial acumen with a creative, forward-thinking approach to leadership. She is known for fostering collaboration, challenging conventional thinking, and translating strategy into meaningful, values-led action. Her work is guided by a commitment to sustainability, continuous improvement, and cultivating positive organisational culture.

Bonny also has a background in sustainable business strategy, including sustainability reporting, carbon footprint assessments and carbon market trading. She has helped many organisations navigate complex compliance obligations, integrate sustainability into core business strategy, and measure impact to drive long-term value creation. Outside of work, Bonny enjoys spending time with her children, family, and friends, as well as planning her next home project.
